1. when we dont have enugh ppl ?
2. when ppl lose focus ?
3. when raid leader call it ?
i really dont know but i know that in my head we are 25 soldiers on a mission
last night we had the mission to kill..

so why do i make this line ??
becurse i wanna hear others point of view
was it ok to call the raid just becurse we wipe "5" times on Morogrim Tidewalker
in my world 5 wipes is nothing..
i think a raid it over when we kill the boss we are on if we not pass deadline 23,00
if we are close to the deadline ask raid if they wanna continue.
i know there was respons but if we all release and group op then trash are np..

Sometimes things happens, things you cant predict. Yesterdays raid something happened, and my decission to call the raid was based on that. Another thing is, even though we have killed one boss before does not atomaticly mean we can make it every time. When ppl get unfocused and slack around it will wipe the whole raid in instances like the ones we are raiding. We dont give away free Epics, we earn them by doing our job properly. If you feel unfocused and have a really good reason for it, its better that you talk to the RL and get a replacement. This was our 1st setback and we should all be proud we have been doing this good. Lets keep the spirit up guys.

My thought is that we should stop when people is not focusing, because when people is not focusing that shows us that they don't wanna continue

In my opinion, a raid should be canceled when peoples are unfocused. Still, if you have a deadline when the raid stops I think you should continue abit more becouse it should NOT be any slacking in a raid you sign for! As for unfocusing, in a raid you signed for, you should get -dkp.

But, again, if you try a boss and nothing improves after 5-10 wipes, you should call it. This in other hand does not always mean players are unfocused, it could also mean they don't have the gear, know the taktic, wrong groupsetup etc etc.

You have to stay atleast 80% focused on bosses you've downed lesser then 10 times, I mean, we'll all slack from time to time but the entire RAID can't slack simultainiusly!
