Boss tactics on the web

Let's share our favorite boss-tactics sites on the web. These are the two pages I use most frequently to read up on new encounters:

http://www.bosskillers.com/ (very detailed and pedagogic info)

http://www.wowwiki.com/Raid (short and to the point for the ones panic-reading tacs 5-10 mins before raid)

I also got the following advise from a good friend in Thule (3rd best guild on FW horde side):
"we prefer the bosskillers.com tactics because it always works and it has good graphical presentations as well as videos"
